Six years ago, I got an honor to meet and greet Mr. Akio Toyoda, I had a small presentation about what we are doing in TMMIN. I was introduced to him, as one of young generation of Toyota Indonesia with some breakthrough ideas and new functions in TMMIN.
We were instructed to bow to him as Japanese culture when we meet someone and to pay respect for the people in front of us. But instead he grabbed our hands and shake it firmly. It was such a religious experience and I still can feel the warmth of his hand, I was so awed and my hand was so sweaty to have a once in a lifetime chance to shake his hand.
